  1. Nice..one….! I am like you new background of your blog…! Is that picture real ? ( road leading somewhere….) . if its real , you must be a very good photographer too… (by too, i mean: besides writing like this one)

  2. Very funny pirate. Smart horse

  3. Welcome at Carpe Diem, I have enjoyed reading this haiku. I love the way how you’ve brought humor in this one. Thank you for sharing on Carpe Diem and I hope to see you here again.

  4. LoL! I nearly choked on my porridge this morning. That’ll teach me to read your haiku on my Android at the breakfast table. :D

    • You’re eating porridge with your mobile on..! There’s a haiku there somewhere!
Please join the Carpe Diem daily haiku…think its really worthwhile…
Hope you eat porridge with water!!

      • …No, the usual porridge with milk and ground nuts! Might I add, that I only read from my phone at the table when eating on my own. In company, it’s a no, no.

I’ll think about the Carpe Diem daily haiku, although I’m not sure I’ve time to post every day — especially when Novel Writing Winter begins.

        • Yes, will get a post done as asked then write one generally highlighting NWW

          • Excellent! Thanks.
Glad to see your computer has recovered from whatever was ailing it yesterday. It must have been one of those days. I had to contend with a flat car battery yesterday evening, when I had ten minutes spare to get somewhere in the midsts of a squall.

  5. Oh, the unwittingly clever horse!

    Bedbugs

  7. aye, a fine piece!

    • Well I have just seen a beautiful site – yours, which I’ll visit today at leisure – I really enjoyed the brief dip and want to spend time there.
